Benovi provides information about health-insurance rights and tools that help you understand claims and bills and draft appeal letters. The information and outputs are general and for your own use; they are not professional advice tailored to your situation, and you are responsible for deciding how to use them.
Nothing on the Service is insurance coverage, legal advice, or medical advice. Laws, plan terms, and individual circumstances vary. For advice about your specific situation, consult a licensed professional. You rely on the Service and its outputs at your own discretion and risk.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout. You authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method for the plan you choose, including annual renewals unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current term. Except where required by law, payments are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will work with you in good faith.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate analyses and letters from the information you provide. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. Review everything before relying on or sending it, and verify any legal citations, deadlines, dollar figures, and facts. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and for anything you choose to send to an insurer or other party.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: using it for unlawful purposes; submitting another person’s information without authorization; attempting to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or using it to harass or harm others.
The Service, including its content, design, and software, is owned by Benovi and protected by law. You may use it only as permitted by these Terms. You keep ownership of the information you submit, and you grant us the limited rights needed to process it and provide the Service to you.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any outcome will be achieved.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Benovi will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost savings, claims, or denied benefits, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Benovi from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
